1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Voju ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is operated by World Corporation OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our").
2. Who can use Voju
You must be at least 13 years old to use Voju. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. By agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@voju.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Voju is offered on a subscription basis. Plans, prices, and billing intervals are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless canceled. A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers; you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Billing for web subscriptions is handled by Stripe. Billing for mobile subscriptions is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
5. Refunds
Refund policy is described separately at /legal/refunds. For trials canceled before the trial period ends, no charge is made.
6. Content and intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, images, and audio, is owned by World Corporation OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for non-commercial personal use.
Public-domain stories included in the catalog are noted as such. We do not claim ownership of public-domain source texts; we do claim ownership of our levelled adaptations, translations, audio recordings, and presentation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Voju content in bulk.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, infringes others' rights, or harms minors.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or another user's account.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific learning goals. Audio and translations are provided as study aids and may contain errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you via email or in-app message. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
