Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-05-16. Voju is operated by World Corporation OÜ (Estonia).
1. Free trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. No refund is needed.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for one month. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time; your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for one year. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial charge and have not used the Service substantially in that time, contact support@voju.com for a full refund.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but we will pro-rate a refund of the unused portion at our discretion in cases of:
- Sustained service outages (more than 7 consecutive days)
- Documented inability to access the Service due to our fault
- Other extraordinary circumstances
4. Mobile (App Store / Google Play) purchases
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google respectively. Their refund policies apply. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through those channels.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
